Why don't you publish a fixed price?
Because what you actually need varies by scale. A small NGO with 100 volunteer IDs/year shouldn't pay the same as a training company with 50,000 batch certificates. We quote per organisation and stick to it for the year.
How do you bill?
Annual, manual, off-platform. We invoice you. You pay via UPI, bank transfer or cheque. No auto-renewals, no card-on-file, no surprise charges. Receipts on request.
Are there usage caps or overage charges?
No usage caps within the scale we quoted you. If your volume grows substantially next year, we'll discuss it at renewal — not surprise you with overage charges mid-year.
What's the refund policy? Is there a free trial?
No automatic free trial — but we're happy to walk you through the entire platform on a live Google Meet / Zoom call, and we can hand you demo credentials so you can click around the manager dashboard before you commit. Refunds are evaluated on merit, not promised: if your circumstances are genuine, write to us with the reason and we'll review — we're reasonable. Full refund policy →
Can I self-host on my own server?
Yes. The whole platform runs on plain PHP 8.3 + MySQL on any cPanel-style shared server. Get in touch and we'll set you up with a deployment package & install guide.
What does onboarding actually look like?
After payment, we create your tenant (slug, primary color, logo), invite your first manager via branded email with a one-time password, and walk your team through a 30-minute live demo on your real data.
Can I add more managers later?
Yes. The Service Provider provisions managers; each one gets their own login. No additional per-seat charges within reasonable use (talk to us if you're planning 50+ seats).
