What cookies we set

We set a single first-party session cookie named KAUTH_SID. It's HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and (on HTTPS) Secure. It holds your login session.

We do not set any third-party tracking cookies. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Mixpanel.

How long do cookies last?

The session cookie lasts for the duration of your browser session, or up to 8 hours of inactivity, whichever is shorter.

Can I refuse cookies?

You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, but you won't be able to sign in. The public verification portal works without any cookies.
